Shipping Policy
We aim to provide fast, reliable, and affordable delivery both locally and internationally. Please read the details below carefully before placing your order.
1. Local Shipping (South Africa)
Rates: From R89 to R95, depending on your location.
Delivery Time: 3–5 working days after processing. In many cases, delivery may be quicker depending on the courier’s workload.
Free Shipping: Orders of R700 or more qualify for free shipping within South Africa. (This threshold may change in future due to rising courier costs and inflation, and this policy will be updated accordingly.)
Queries on Late Shipments:
Please only contact us after 5 working days have passed. We must allow this period before we can open a query with the courier. Once raised, we will liaise with the courier on your behalf.

2. International Shipping
Rates: Calculated automatically at checkout before payment.
Couriers Used: We make use of reputable companies such as FedEx and DHL.
Delivery Time: 5–7 working days after processing.
Customs & Import Duties:
International orders may attract import duties, customs charges, or taxes as per your country’s regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our shipping fees.
3. Customer Responsibility for Delivery
To ensure smooth delivery, customers must provide:

A complete and accurate delivery address, including:

House/building number and street name

Suburb or area (do not list only the city name if you live in a large city)

Postal code

A valid telephone number for courier contact.

If you live in a rural or undeveloped area (no clear street names), please provide landmarks to assist the driver.
If any address changes are required, the customer must contact us directly.
Most couriers will not accept these kinds of changes from the customer to avoid theft or fraud.
As the sender, we have the authority to instruct the courier to update delivery details.
If you are unavailable during delivery attempts:

Couriers will retry delivery.

Repeated failed attempts (and no response to calls) may result in the parcel being returned.

Courier costs are non-refundable. If the parcel is returned, you will be required to pay additional courier costs for resending.

If you choose not to have the order resent, a refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
4. Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to you via email.
You can self-track the shipment by clicking the tracking link provided.
Our partner couriers currently deliver 98% of orders without issue, but we remain available to assist with any delays.

6. Deliveries to Townships & High-Risk Areas (PARGO Rule)
Due to a significant increase in courier vehicle hijackings and rising insurance costs in certain parts of South Africa, many couriers have restricted or removed door-to-door delivery to high-risk areas and certain townships.
To ensure you still receive your order safely and without unnecessary delay, we have partnered with PARGO, a trusted parcel-collection network (including Clicks, FreshStop, Caltex, and other partner stores).
How It Works

You may place your order as normal on our website.

If your address falls within a restricted area, your parcel will automatically be routed through PARGO.

Once dispatched, you’ll receive an SMS and/or email with full details, including your nearest collection point and pickup instructions.
This method has proven to be the safest and most reliable delivery option in affected zones.
Alternative Door-to-Door Option
If you prefer not to use a PARGO collection point, you may request a direct courier delivery instead.
Please note:

Couriers that service these zones charge additional fees — usually around R200.

Even at this higher rate, delivery is not guaranteed to your door; in some cases, couriers may still request collection at a nearby police station for safety reasons.

Because of these increased costs and risks, we cannot offer this service at our standard R89 delivery rate.
If you choose this option, we will provide you with a quotation for the extra fee before dispatch, and you may proceed once payment is confirmed.
